SHIPPING RATES Shipping in the US is free for orders over $75+ for first class and ground shipping. 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select orders may be shipped DHL or USPS, rates are calculated based on shipping address zip codes. For orders below $75 in the US, with first class or ground shipping, there is a FLAT rate of $6.49 charged. International orders have a FLAT rate shipping charge. Customers can purchase as much as they wish and still only pay the flat rate. Shipping rate to India is a flat $4 only.
REFUND POLICY Goods once opened cannot be returned for any refund or traded for an exchange. Exchanges will be made for unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Within the United States, a flat rate of $5 will be deducted from the purchase price for First Class/Ground shipping costs incurred by HerbalSalon for shipping the goods. for Express orders actual incurred shipping costs will not be refunded. Costs of shipping the goods back to HerbalSalon shall be borne by the customer.
